Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item for any reason, please contact us and we will begin the return proccess. If you are experiencing techical problems, we will be happy to help.

In the case you recieve a defective or wrong item, we will be happy to exchange it for you.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Any such items will be specifically itemtified on the product page.

Our standard shipping prices are:

US Postal Service First Class Mail USD$2.95 - Usually arrives within 3 - 4 days

US Postal Service First Class International Mail: USD$4.95 - Usually arrives within 10 days

The shipping price of some items may be higher or lower depending on the item weight.
